We want you to love your Drinkrose instrument. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

• Contact our care team via the Contact page to begin the return process.
• Please keep the item in its original packaging until we confirm the return details.
• Once your return is received, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt of your returned item.
